SMS marketing can be used in a variety of ways to support and integrate with your existing marketing and business strategies. It can be a very effective CRM tool as well as add tangibility to above the line campaigns such as TV or print. SMS can even be the first touch point you have with new B2C customers. Mobile isn't a standalone strategy. If you think it is, it won't work for you. Mobile marketing isn't expensive but you do need to know the pot holes that will land your brand in serious rough waters if abused.
