Why does my Google search results page look a little different? Has it had a haircut, got a new outfit? I can't quite tell!Turns out the Google paid ads design that has been used on mobile and tablet over the last couple of months is now being moved to desktop. You can see the new design side by side with the old design below in a search for Google AdWords:

It's unknown why Google has made the change though we're guessing its likely their tests have shown that this new SERP design shows higher click through rates on the paid ads, in turn making Google AdWords more cash. The new design hasn't been rolled out universally yet but it should be over the next few weeks. Let us know what you think of the new ads design in the comments section below. We'd love to hear from you. Happy searching!
